Pros

1. Technology is 2-3 years ahead of closest competitor. 2. Technology actually works and clients love the product (UX) and the level of protection/visibility it provides. 3. Founders set out with clear product roadmap and company vision and have hired exceptional executive operators to execute strategy and scale the company. 4. Overwhelming majority of Austin office are great people who want to make the culture better and create a destination workplace for central Texas. 5. Upper management and C-suite are genuinely listening to employee needs that are within their control and they are activating. Everything from getting a new office to making sure the Cold Brew never runs out.

Cons

1. Salary/OTE and stock options are all below the Austin and Silicon Valley average. 2. Keeping track of resources and knowing “who to ask” can be difficult with this amount of growth. 3. Corporate marketing budget (MDF) for events, swag, etc is virtually nonexistent and disproportionately allocated to enterprise marketing.
