Transparency in communication starting with the top management. Openness to new ideas to improve things. The team from Romania is friendly and professional.

Cons

Sometimes, the things are moving a bit slow. The good news is that they are working to improve this.

A company made for managers to get rich

Pros

Great EDR product, happyish customers, great to work in if you want to learn security. Lots of marketing dollars to generate sales interest which means if you work hard you'll make commission. CEO - 5/5 - Crowdstrike the company will do really well regardless - key word being the company.

Cons

- incredibly immature workforce. - leaders are all at presidents club while the peons are struggling to make qouta. - secrecy and hidden agendas. Chinese whispers on a daily basis, the water cooler rumors are ripe in this company. - anything other than their EDR + AV product is half cooked and demonstrated through smoke and mirrors. - very unhappy employee base, most are just sticking around for the IPO.
