Pros

The tools are solid and the technical teams are strong. Teammates are willing to help eachother. The product is promising, if someone like Google buys it.

Cons

There is no structure. Directors are hit or miss. The newer director doesn’t understand IR. The services organization doesn’t give raises.. in two years little to nothing.... senior leadership is not genuine and only focus on profit. They don’t turn away any work ever...No promotions... all promotions are subjective and not based on anything real... this is truly a good ol boys club start up that has serious issues below the surface

Pros

Nothing here is worth it. Don't let the high OTE lure you in. Product is great but everything else is absolutely terrible including services to the customer.

Cons

Junior immature and very unprofessional management, high work load, no sense of general direction when it comes to weekly quarterly targets in sales with ever moving territories and moving goal posts when it comes to quota, death by meetings constantly daily with management. Incompetent helicopter upper management and non existing HR. Attrition is high, I and several others left for less paying work but overall happier and less stress from a toxic workplace.

Pros

* Competitive salaries. * World class product and teams. * Top level talent that's always ready to help or mentor others, but is also more than willing to learn from anyone that has something to teach, regardless of how junior or senior they might be! * Great opportunities for those just starting their careers to learn from some of the most talented people in the world. * Real focus on people as the key to success, and fairly low turnover. * Company culture strongly leads to "how can I help" or "what can I do to help you succeed". * Plenty of training opportunities (internal and external) for team members that have been in the team for a year or more. * Huge growth in the last two years. * Bonuses for most employees. * Stock options for almost all employees. * Funding for private health insurance for all Australian employees and their families.

Cons

Resourcing can be an issue because growth regularly exceeds expectations.
