Pros

Start-up company so it gives you a lot of exposure and lot of learning

Cons

They have build a very hostile environment in the office, either serve them as a slave or else they will make sure you are out. The slavery culture is being driven by leadership whether onshore or offshore. No matter how hard you work butt kissers gets priority. India leadership Engineering has no vision they just wants to be worshipped without any questions asked. People are expected to put in long hours whether its weekend or holiday. There is no work life balance, post office hours too bosses will keep on haunting you via messages. Onshore people have no respect for India timings. Work is thrown on you since day 1, there is no concept of training. They fire people very frequently for petty reasons. They will attract you by giving high packages but please do not join this place unless you are ready to sit at home and wait for new job post firing.

Pros

Amazing technology, Great engineering team

Cons

Everyone for themselves in the sales organization with zero transparency. Take care of your employees and remember that they hold the customer relationships. Suggestion to management to actually lead and develop others not just manage from teams excel sheets. It’s disappointing because culture USED to be great here.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with some members of the team. We can assure you that we consider our employees our greatest assets and we truly do value each one of them. CrowdStrike strives for open communication and we encourage our employees to speak with any leadership team member or Human Resources whenever they have comments or concerns. It is very important to us that all our employees feel valued. We understand that change often accompanies rapid and expansive growth, which can be challenging. Our company culture is something that we actively work to improve as we continue to experience accelerated growth. As we continue our growth trajectory, we are doing our best to maintain the great company culture you have enjoyed and that CrowdStrike is known for.

Pros

Not much to say; decent technology

Cons

Everything... Horrible working environment, a ship without a captain. Management treats their employees like crap, no help or guidance whatsoever. Backstabbing, favouritism and lies are the culture of this company. They only care about the bottom line. Unless you enjoy working in this type of environment, do yourself a favour and stay away, look elsewhere, there is no future for you here.
