Pros

Good Product and Training and the technical staff is very knowledgeable about capabilities. Benefits are good and overall positive morale

Cons

Ruthless and unwarranted firings of employees as newly hired management liked to hire their in buddies from other companies in lieu of your ability experience or success. The company will have you sign multiple documents that protect them so they can let you go for no apparent reason at any point in time with zero warning! I have seen several individuals let go after they have built solid sales pipeline just to hand the business to a good friend.of management that replaces them after being terminated.

Pros

Good pay @ hiring, ESOPs, one of the best security companies Not sure if Free meals and birthday cakes can be considered as Pros in a professional review

Cons

I am writing this review simply as a warning to the online community, please do not fall prey to fake reviews ("extremely positive" no Cons!). Writing A++ reviews is the sole bread n butter for a few in the company, and its only to please the management and contribute to their Narrative. Anyway, here's the true picture, this is an extremely flawed organisation, with an ethically bankrupt management. There is no culture and no professional norms being followed. I have noted most of the times employees resigning from the organisation are not allowed to serve notice period. Which company does this? People who have raised genuine concerns have been either sidelined or fired. This completely ticked me off for I have worked for larger n best in the industry organisations and have not seen firing or resignations flowing in this frequently. What also concerns me is that the company would go to great lengths to fight its own employees. If you give one feedback that doesn't go well with the "Top person" you are finished. A case would be built against you and its your turn to get fired. You cannot really trust this company. My review is not abt a bad boss its just the way the top guys have been conducting themselves, keeping employees at their disposal and treating them as mere "resources" who can be replaced quite easily. On the career front do not expect meaningful work or decent increments or even a serious appraisal, it’s just a pen n paper formality! Overall please exercise caution.

We're disheartened to read this account of your experience. We assure you that CrowdStrike values its people and we do not penalize anyone for speaking up about issues or concerns, nor would we condone anyone in management doing that. We would like to learn more about your experience and encourage you to reach out to HR, or if you aren’t comfortable with that, to Lindsey N. in employee experience so we can learn more and address any concerns.
