Pros

Company Perks, good laptops and hardware. Not much else.

Cons

Worst company I've ever worked for. Absolutely toxic. Hours, stuffing too many points into sprints, you complain to HR about managers behavior and HR doesn't take it seriously. Flexible time off? Sure, if you aren't swamped with work... Upper management avoids conflict resolution, particularly when it comes to their horrible middle management. HR gives a patronizing review of your issue and puts it on you as to whether you could have resolved the issue, even when painted into a corner. And upon speaking to several other employees across the two teams I dealt with, it seems this is a trend among them.

Culture is Extremely Toxic

Pros

The compensation is ok, stock options are nice.

Cons

The Technical Support team is unlike anything I've seen before. The processes are fundamentally broken, advancement is unachievable for most, we have more work than anyone should realistically expect, and ultimately the customers pay the price. Clearly, the employees driving change don't understand what the TSE's do or how they operate. Management has been given input, but they're either not hearing us, or not passing that information along to senior leadership. I also can't believe how unprofessional I've seen senior leadership act around the Technical Support team. The entire Technical Support team was just subject to the worst behavior I've ever seen from senior leadership in my career, and I'm shocked this behavior is tolerated at CS. My recommendation is to stay away until this is cleared up.
