Pros
I worked for EZ Pass. Now known as Conduent, this company was previously owned by Xerox then ACS (Affiliated Computer Services) prior to that. The work is steady but it does get overwhelming as there is almost always no break in calls.
Cons
There's a lot of favoritism. As an example, I had done extensive IT work for this company and was given a false sense of hope that I would be hired in the IT department. They ended up hiring someone else who was brand new and left a really bad taste in my mouth. I've been here since 2005.
