Pros

Good people, ok benefits until it was taken away. How ironic, benefit services we provide aren't offered to it's own employees

Cons

NO care for it's own employees. 100s of terminations of good people with loyalty, only take care of top mgt., very very very poor communication with employees, only about numbers and then fire them, no training, company bought and sold over 3 times in a 15 year span. Loss of clients because of mgmt. only looking for big $$
