Pros

Recognition of brands. Glamour. Prestige. Summer Fridays!!

Cons

Too many to mention. Working in a shark tank, the company culture will never join the current climate until they get rid of the divas, which doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon. Count on long hours and few thanks.

Pros

Learning different trades not being isolated to one position, an extreme amount of socializing with in enormous amount of people expanding your experience in other departments.

Cons

There's no room for growth you learn different things there but there's no opportunity to grow in the company the pay raise is a joke! And when you need time of to handle personal or medical matters the chances of getting the time to do so are slim to none.
