-You get to work on meaningful content -Top-notch teammates -Iconic name brands -Nice view

Cons

-Communication is sporadic and vague from the top -Too many layers on the top -No room for mistakes -Expect to be overworked, on call all the time, without compensation or gratitude. -Help and support can be withheld from management if you fall on the wrong side

Hierarchy and work environment is very toxic; promotions based on favorites rather than work merit; no training whatsoever

Great place for building network into the luxury space. Pro -Women organisation. 5 day work week

Cons

8.5hrs working otherwise half day cut. Emphasis on culture fit. No work from home. CL/PL -21 no sick leaves
