Pros

Young environment, good benefits, good to have on your resume, prepares you for a career in media.

Cons

There are barely any opportunities to advance from this position. Even though there are incredible events and content creation happening at the company, doesn't get any recognition and does not get to participate in that. Management is constantly switching gears and priorities. The pay is a HUGE pay gap between sales planners/account management and sales reps.
