Pros

Great people. Extremely friendly in terms of peers. Significant intelligence still exists here.

Cons

Senior leadership is being influenced in the worst of ways. Empathy has been dropped for employees. It's quite abysmal the way Conde Nast has chosen to treat digital leaders. Severe risk aversion. Lack of strategic follow through and confidence. If you want to make waves, avoid this company.
