Pros

Great benefits, smart co-workers, impactful work.

Cons

Internal politics, Slow to change, Expected to work until the work is done, which can sometimes equate to 15 hour days and all nighters.

Pros

Lots of resources. Best editorial talent in the business. Where else can you work with editors like the folks at the New Yorker, Vogue, and Wired? Lots of smart smart people. Good pay.

Cons

Sooooo many meetings. Lots of corporate dictums. Seemingly random KPIs. Too many one-size-fits all solutions trying to be applied across a variety of brands. The Conde Nast Entertainment studio they started has been very slow.
