Low salary hard to live in New York City. Long hours and unpredictable sales people. That's all I can say.

Gaining industry experience with media brands such as Vogue, Golf Digest, GQ, Details, Vanity Fair, etc. Networking and working with people at the top of the industry.

Cons

Unwelcoming attitudes from some staff members at particular brands. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons.
