Pros

Great office, interesting work, great people. I was impressed with the effectiveness of their teams and the management.

Cons

Oddly political atmosphere in the magazine world (to be expected). Middle management "old guard" from the old days of the magazine, had some mean things to say about the new blood coming in and shaking things up.
