Pros

Conde Nast is able to attract smart, talented dynamic, hard working, dedicated associates who will do whatever it takes to make each of their brands successful.

Cons

Conde Nast likes to test ideas and concepts and they are willing to expand staff when needed. When they concept or opportunity doesn't meet company expectations they will eliminate entire teams, departments or brands.

Pros

Fun environment, lots of opportunities and small team can get you noticed. Young team helps grow.

Cons

Promotions and pay raises are scarce, and yet extremely warranted for morale. The place is depressing and everyone works super long hours for such littler pay and no pat on the back. It gets tiring. Pay is insulting. Management doesn't listen. HR doesn't care...it's a sad state of affairs. Management and senior editors take all the credit and everyone is super territorial. Not a big place for growth or making a decent income.
