Fun place to work, little growth and management leaves you in the dust - Associate Fashion Editor Condé Nast Employee Review

Promotions and pay raises are scarce, and yet extremely warranted for morale. The place is depressing and everyone works super long hours for such littler pay and no pat on the back. It gets tiring. Pay is insulting. Management doesn't listen. HR doesn't care...it's a sad state of affairs. Management and senior editors take all the credit and everyone is super territorial. Not a big place for growth or making a decent income.
