Pros

Used to be plenty when it was ServiceSource, work from home for most roles still. Great starter job to get corporate experience and learn how to work in the grind

Cons

Has gone downhill since it was purchased by Concentrix, theyre a call center company that cant keep or grow B2B business. Pay is abysmal and upward mobility is limited.
