The clause is strictly limited to baseline statutory requirements, offering no additional protections or discretionary enhancements. Employees exceeding the specified threshold may be subject to termination without significant compensation, irrespective of their tenure or contributions. While this approach is legally permissible, it reflects a minimalist compliance posture devoid of equitable or compassionate considerations.

The pay is $3 lower than other companies for the SAME job, their work life balance is poor and they are not flexible at all with schedules, even when you have important family events or emergencies, they will still penalize you. You are expected to work all types of crazy hours with little to no time off allowed, even during slow times. Their system is outdated and has many issues daily. There was always a system or several systems that would be down and they would blame you for not being able to work around these outages with THEIR faulty system. Their platform is also outdated compared to others and the functionality is terrible. All around they need a total revamp of their systems and policies, or there will continue to be a high turnover. I started with over 30 people, and 24 quit within 3-4 months of being hired. Do Not Work For This Company!!!
