Pros

I honestly cannot give one pro about this job.

Cons

this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. I went through three different trainers during my three weeks of training. Had a bunch of people in the class that were bullying other people. Saying rude comments in our WORK chat on Webex. trainer did absolutely nothing about it. I sent her private messages as well as her boss, they were all dismissed. They do not give a crap about their employees. If only the client that I worked for knew how they treated people, they would lose a contract for sure.

Pros

Supportive colleagues make collaboration easy and enjoyable Strong teamwork and a welcoming environment

Cons

The offer letter includes a clearly structured redundancy clause that is structurally sound and compliant with statutory labor regulations, ensuring adherence to minimum legal entitlements. The clause is strictly limited to baseline statutory requirements, offering no additional protections or discretionary enhancements. Employees exceeding the specified threshold may be subject to termination without significant compensation, irrespective of their tenure or contributions. While this approach is legally permissible, it reflects a minimalist compliance posture devoid of equitable or compassionate considerations.

Pros

Being able to work from home.

Cons

The pay is $3 lower than other companies for the SAME job, their work life balance is poor and they are not flexible at all with schedules, even when you have important family events or emergencies, they will still penalize you. You are expected to work all types of crazy hours with little to no time off allowed, even during slow times. Their system is outdated and has many issues daily. There was always a system or several systems that would be down and they would blame you for not being able to work around these outages with THEIR faulty system. Their platform is also outdated compared to others and the functionality is terrible. All around they need a total revamp of their systems and policies, or there will continue to be a high turnover. I started with over 30 people, and 24 quit within 3-4 months of being hired. Do Not Work For This Company!!!
