Pros

- No dress code: People don't care how you look like. - Culture of tolerance and respect due to multi-cultural environment - MGMT open to listen to your suggestions (although not everything - even it would make sense - can be implemented due to business related constraints) - Approach to be consistent and fair to everyone - Interesting benefits: Private Healthcare, Ticket Restaurante, Ticket Transporte, Ticket Guarderia - Availibility to facilitate work/life balance - Relaxed working environment - Has a workers council to supervise compliance with Spanish legislation and provide consultance and advice in legal matters

Cons

- Salaries could be a bit more competetive - Rewarding system has been not really interesting. Hopefully a recent process change makes it a bit easier for hard-working employees to get some financial recognizition. - Internal punctuality policy is very harsh but there is a review underway.

Pros

No sales or outreach, only internal customer service. Many back office positions if you don’t want to be on the phone (but you must work for it). International and friendly environment. Some nice benefits (health insurance, ticket restaurant, gym, free fruit, occasionally free breakfast or ice cream etc)

Cons

Workload was often too much, because when colleagues left they weren’t replaced at all. Many people were lazy and worked the least amount necessary so the few people who were serious were often squeezed as much as possible. Some analysts didn’t have the will or the skills to take on more complex tasks, but they weren’t let go. Processes were usually unclear and confusing. Management was a mixed bag.
