Great technical sales grad program

Lots of support - as a grad are given a buddy, coach and mentor and 16 months of training and shadowing lots of fun events to attend having other graduates is really fun and good to lean on Develop a lot of skills i hadn't elsewhere e.g. presenting

Cons

Company benefits aren't the best outside of pension Could do with a location bonus as living in London is expensive

I think what I love most about the company is the people! Everyone is so friendly, fun and approachable meaning that I genuinely feel like I am part of a big family and laugh everyday. The senior leadership are also so visible enabling me to learn lots, grow in my career, and expand my wider professional network.

Cons

Honestly there aren't many cons. If I had to say anything it is that sometimes as a graduate you will be expected to travel to outside London offices!
