Pros

Very Large Company with many Specialists, Large Client Base. It used to have a good team vibe among the teams, with many events organised by the team. There used to be lots of skilled people there and it wasn't long before you were dealing with many complex issues.

Cons

This changed when Management starting "cutting down" to make the desks more efficient because they calculated everyone lateness for the year and decided they wanted this time back. 1second after the 60minutes of lunch would be "late". It killed the morale pretty quickly. all the good people started moving away from the company and a vacuum was formed sucking in anyone who could speak on the phone. suddenly the 'GSD' became a non-technical IT Desk further ruining the customer support. that took so long to build focusing on SLA'S and not on it's staff. The company is run by middle managers with a Who-You-Know sort of job promotion... If you want to escalate in this company you need to friends with management and expect to be fired or overworked if you don't get on with your manager

Pros

M&S van, the sandwich lady and the secretary. I'm trying to think of pros but it was one of the worst places of work I have ever worked for before

Cons

Negative employees, Unprofessional managers, Hostile working atmosphere, the job itself was quite dull.

Pros

Large company movement and growth possible if desired, and prepared to do tedious tiering assessments.

Cons

Salary leaves a lot to be desired, and is the reason for such a high turnover, even though I assume service to the customer is for the most part satisfactory, if the salaries were higher a lot more people would be able to afford to stay and that knowledge and experience would provide a better service to customers i.e. better "SLA's", which would in turn boost reputation and the amount the company could charge for its services. As regards people complaining about the C.E.O's "this week" if it annoys you don't read it, its a corporation, the C.E.O is expected to do some of this guff, and probably doesn't want to write it as much as you couldn't be arsed reading it
