      Getting worse since bought by Commscope

      Pros

      Has many locations across the globe. It consists of many compaies aquired over the years and thus has different cultures.

      Cons

      There is no balance between work and life. Too much power given to HR managers. Not as generous to employeers after Commscope took over.

      Pros

      Decent benefits package, talented co-workers, rewards for long term service, travel opportunities, good cafeteria at the Joliet location, global corporation.

      Cons

      The benefits, etc are still good, but the general culture of the company seems to have changed since the merger with Andrew Corporation. I still enjoyed my time there though.
