      Pros

      Executive management is focused on the bottom line and will succeed in profitability. Good benefits programs and flexible work environment (at least a my location).

      Cons

      The leadership organization is not working together and there are too many silos. There is a definate good ole boys network in NC.

      Pros

      Established global wireless sub-system and rf enhancement solutions company. Experienced R&D staff, Experienced Product staff, Exceptional Marketing staff, Solid training regime. Solid year-over-year revenue, after tax income, and cash flow. Most Senior level management get's it!

      Cons

      Seriousely lacks diversity, too much political drama, too many egotistic mid management characters. Solutions group product and engineering management not aligned with customer requirements. Too much good ole boy mentality within WIG group.
