-Poor leadership & communication in Audit Department -Performance Feedback is a joke. There's no formal process and not communicated to the individual it pertains to. So everyone in the dept knows your performance except to whom it concerns. -No work/life balance. Told to travel out of country for weeks with no work/life balance -Questionable management ethics

Excellent employee tuition reimbursement plan Most co-workers are very friendly and contribute to a family-like atmosphere On-site cafeteria at Joliet location

Cons

Much of the organization's attention and resources are committed to integrating the CommScope and Andrew information systems. There are many organizational and policy changes during this transition period, as well as plant closings. There is almost no opportunity for advancement without a 4-year college degree.

Continued issues with the integration of Commscope. Internal issues and good people that they turn over on a continuous basis while leaving existing management. Perception by industry is legacy technology with legacy organization and lack of technology leadership.
