Dysfunctional and hierarchical leadership. Senior leadership team not aligned and working as a team with anything resembling a clear strategy or direction. Waste everywhere with no fiscal accountability or senior understanding that the waste even exists. Structure appears designed to ensure failure for employees and business results. Senior leader bullying behaviour well understood and not acted upon. Poor performers are shunted into alternate roles leading to wide and deep incompetence across the organisation Senior leader openly referred to a female engineering manager as ‘a diversity hire’ Unpleasant working conditions Avoid this place at all costs unless you are in love with the 1970’s

Pay is not competitive, leadership is making a lot of mistakes, high turnover, slow to little career growth and they will lay off at the slightest dip in the economy. (Typical of aerospace) Culture isn’t what it was back in the old days. High deductibles, workload ebs and flows inconsistently, current mindset and culture does not support passing on knowledge to new and younger employees which can be a huge hindrance for all
