Waste everywhere with no fiscal accountability or senior understanding that the waste even exists. Structure appears designed to ensure failure for employees and business results. Senior leader bullying behaviour well understood and not acted upon. Poor performers are shunted into alternate roles leading to wide and deep incompetence across the organisation Senior leader openly referred to a female engineering manager as ‘a diversity hire’ Unpleasant working conditions Avoid this place at all costs unless you are in love with the 1970’s
