Micro management poor upper management, dog eat dog

Work can be boring an repetitive if you like that sort of thing.
Cons
Micromanagement, upper management only concerned with cutting costs and micromanagement rather than product quality. Boeing is one of our main customers I think their culture is rubbing off on us. Shlt rolls down hill, blame is often passed around for missed deadlines, people thrown under the bus, not a real sense of comradery or being on the same team even within own group. I've been with two other companies before this one and neither compare with how dry, dreary, unfriendly my team and other teams seemed to be. I will likely never go into the commercial aerospace industry again. Never allotted time or projects for growth just often given simple tasks that needed to be completed fast and over and over.
