Extremely toxic culture. Sexual harrasment is rampant. Organisation boasts equitable opportunity but does not follow through, majority of opportunity is through nepotism. Classic who you know org. Leadership re-orgs yearly resulting in no fresh ideas and where there are, those individuals are ostracised to protect empire building. No real culture, incredibly old school. Military organisation with a wannabe tech company embedded inside, without the knowledge or experience to be a successful tech company. Accountability is simply non existent to the extreme.

This company is going through too much upheaval and I’ve seen far too many new starters get ostracised and left behind by callous management, who’d rather hobnob with the board than focus on training employees. The pay is nowhere near the market rate and progression is non-existent. It’s okay for an apprenticeship or intern but afterwards it’s better to look for opportunities elsewhere.
