      Pros

      Excellent co workers. Work one year in Coca-Cola is like work 3 years in another one. Be a member of final projects, work and share functions with several department (MKT, Legal, Corporate, IT...)

      Cons

      There are 2 good definined scales: Trainee and Employee. Trainee doesn't have as much benefits as the employee. Also good, right, but trainee sometimes work same hours as Managers.

      You learn a lot. You work with really interesting people. You get to work on interesting projects. Great colleagues. Great management. Good amount of resources available.

      Cons

      Long hours, but worth it.
