      Modern management don't like challenge, their way to nothing. Too many 'theorectical' experts at a high level who have never left the office/classroom

      I struggle to think of any however I suppose the company name does look good on a cv and it's a job

      Bullying, incompetent management that want you to work 7 days a week for nothing and show genuine surprise when morale takes a kicking.

      Well-known brand name on your CV and some good colleagues. Opportunities to build sales skills if you’re lucky enough to have a supportive manager.

      Cons

      Your entire experience depends on your manager. Unfortunately, many are employed with no interpersonal skills, which is dangerous in a people-driven role. The culture is toxic and unprofessional, with pressure and numbers prioritised over people. Support and fairness are inconsistent, and poor leadership creates a stressful environment. I say this because it may genuinely save someone’s wellbeing, or even their life, to know how damaging this environment can be.
