They give associates a generous discount (though purchase with discount precludes access to repairs.)
Cons
poor training for managers, no uniform pay scale (worked in two different regions), poor agency culture, inconsistent raises (worked for company for two periods spanning a raise cycle and reviews and raises not done or given) Finds unique ways to avoid paying bonuses. Uses bullying tactics with managers. Has generally gone hill since I first started in 2008 in a mid-west district. Much different culture from when I started.
