      Not bad for a Retail Job

      Pros

      Managers truly care about your knowledge of product and growth as a seller. They strongly encourage you to take on new tasks and challenges.

      Cons

      The shifts can be pretty random, as it is a retail job, and customers are occasionally difficult to handle. Hours are also hard to get -- don't expect a lot of hours each week.

      High expectations - wants all sales associates to create relationships with customers which means adding them to their address books Unrealistic sales goals - which leads to other employees trying to steal your sales STRICT dress code -must have natural looking nails, makeup, hair Varying hours Poor management Feels like I'm in a high school environment
