      Pros

      Very organized, people are generally polite to each other, earnest desire to innovate.

      Cons

      Recent cuts in year-end raises (shifted into a year-end bonus instead) affects talent growth and there has been more departure from the company since then. Culture suffers, ironically due to being "too busy" usually.

      Pros

      As with anywhere, management makes a tremendous difference. I am lucky enough to have great managers, even though there are 5 different ones. The atmosphere is comfortable and not high pressure. Most people coming in are familiar with Coach and looking to buy. Your job is to be able to create a relationship with the customer and have the ability to ask the right questions to make the right recommendation.

      Cons

      Late retail hours on weekends. Difficult to work a shift and then prepare store for next morning. But must be done. Could use more help with inventory and stocking instead of using sales associates. Salaries should be higher since we do not have commission plan.

      Great Pay, and some of the newer products are really nice. Employee discount 50%; once a month durning (deletes 65%off)

      Cons

      The hours can be a bit long due to the slow nature of the business. No one is lining up to shop here so expect to constantly maintain the floor spotless
