Good accountability and responsibility standards. Enticing bonus system that helps store goals to be obtained. Job security and development are a real deal.

Cons

Communication is always an opportunity. Sometimes moving up can be a difficult or impossible situation for certain people. The associate buy in is sometimes hard to make happen when you don't have the tools for it.

They offer an amazing employee discount! They also educate their employees very well. New hire training was very thorough.

Cons

It really depends on which location you work at because the store management can make it or break it for you. Also there are very strict guidelines for time off.
