Pay and bonus structure is well set and the benefits are great. Employee discounts are great as well especially if your a Coach lover.

Cons

Work life balance non existent, too much political plays, drama is accepted and not nipped in the butt like it should be.

Competitive salary rate for casual, good discount.

Cons

The politics in the stores were beyond control, staffs backstabbed each other with slanders. Favouritism culture. No career progressions.
