      fantastic benefit. Employee discount is fabulous! You can enjoy employee discount up to 70% off at all Tapestry stores: coach, kate spade, Stuart Weitzman. RRSP match up to 4% Even though it is stressful to work there, you can learn a lot. Compared to other brands, Coach is more independent. Store Manager has more power and rights to make independent decisions and applies their managing skills. if you do have potentials, you will grow and learn there.

      Cons

      1. More work, less staff. You are given work but not the time to work on it. Feel like they just want to make use of all energy you have. 2. even though not commision based, the tight tracking of sale numbers and the monthly ranking report make it intense and competitive. 3. since sometime it is too busy, not enough training.
