Pros

Great team. You never stop training. Style of customer service is genuine and not pushy or forced.

Cons

Crazy work schedule but that’s just like any other retail job.

Pros

Team share benefits are great Guaranteed hours Full time gets minimum 30 hours and plus a week Part time 2 gets 22.5 hours to 30 hours max a week Part time 3 gets 0-18 hours (but I’ve never seen anything under 14 scheduled Employees care about the history Some managers are nice They listen to your scheduling concerns and usually accept requests for days off Great for students who need a minimum amount of hours

Cons

Outlet discount sucks, retail discount is great You will work Black Friday, no excepts No vacation time allowed during holiday season Will not really help with management issues unless you specifically say something like “I don’t feel safe, please change it” Some managers don’t care, some micromanage, and some are great They don’t care about you much No way you’re moving up in management and if you do it’s really hard to, they usually bring in managers from other places rather than promote within It’s hard to move from cashier to a different department like stock or sales but super easy for everyone else
