Tragically inept management fueled by a culture of self congratulation. Progress at the speed of an Ice Age - practically laughable technology. With the exception of one or two gems, HR truly defines "people haters." I narrowly avoided the Ace acquisition, Godspeed to those that didn't.

Hostile Management Culture: Insecure leadership. Feedback is weaponized rather than used for growth. Management relies on secondhand accounts to deliver one-sided disciplinary "coaching." Top-Down Indifference: The lack of concern for employee well-being has been explicitly signaled by leadership at town halls. This creates a culture where issues go unresolved and employee voices are ignored. Severe Turnover: My team saw 50% of its staff leave within a single year. The constant churn destroys morale and leads to unmanageable workloads for those remaining. Limited Mobility: Advancements are dictated by favoritism and corporate politics rather than merit or performance.
