      Good pay Travel Very nice people Upward and sideways global mobility- real career opps Casual(ish) dress code - 0 suits at all at least Location (Paseo de la Castellana)

      Cons

      Extremely conservative and risk averse HR stuff like any other big co Old fashioned: office first (although not too strict if you don't comply), upper mgmt needs to know numbers to detail Too much time doing quarterly #s - performance against plan and previous year

      Pros

      Very nice salary for an entry job, friendly and always helpful co-workers that created an excellent atmosphere, good benefits.

      Cons

      It has become an entirely different company since it was bought by ACE Europe: now they don't value their employees, only the numbers. A lot of people have quit the job, others were simply fired. Pretty sad.
