      Pros

      Great company to work for. Many advancement opportunities. Not sure what will happen now under the leadership of ACE management.

      Cons

      I/T resources are scarce and a lot of manual processes. Invest in systems and don't be penny wise and pound foolish.

      Pros

      Chubb (ACE) is a great company to work for, especially starting as a professional associate. There is a lot of room for growth and job opportunities in many fields (underwriting, reinsurance, finance, etc.).

      Cons

      Technology is outdated and could definitely use a lot of updates and more support from IT. They also favor underwriting departments quite a bit. Obviously that's an integral part of the business, but the supporting roles should not feel ignored when the company needs those to succeed as well.
