      Could use better management

      Pros

      I had very helpful coworkers that were always willing to lend a hand if I had any issues.

      Cons

      My manager was very unprofessional. She did not know much about what we did as underwriting assistance so you could not go to her for any type of help. She chose her favorite people on the team and proceeded to help them get a position in other departments when the company was going through a layoff.

      Pros

      Chubb was a great place to work with flexible work arrangements, quality people, diversity and a decent wage.

      Cons

      Ace culture is prevailing. All senior women have left or been forced out. No incoming diversity from Ace. Uncertain future ahead as all the small people are leaving.

      Canadian CIO. This person is rude and angree all the time, does not know how to listen. CIO does not respect IT people opinion. If your opinion is different you will be fired. If you say 'no' you will be fired. Healthy discussions are not accepted.
