A lot of change has occurred with the merger and unfortunately the legacy Ace employees have been favored. Everything has changed for the worse and it's unfortunate for the Legacy Chubb employees because Chubb was an amazing place to work at before the merger. If you want to work at a 9-5 job where you aren't making an impact, then this could be the place for you.

Please don't believe the ratings mentioned in Google. I worked for CHUBB India for more than 2 years and here are the actual review in detailed. Don't even think to join in this company. 1) Worst Management. There are no policies to the company at all. 2) CHUBB India claims 90% of employees are joined by referral. But they never publish any open positions. They don't consider the profiles referred by you. They recruit their relatives, friends or previous company colleagues. 3) If you are not related to any of Management then you don't see any professional growth at all. If you related to then no need to put much effort very easily you become Vice President as well. 4) They offer for one position. But you don't place in the same role and they place you wherever they want. The company change your designations without any notice. 5) The management doesn't even have common sense. They place you in different technologies rather your skills and expect the expertise in it. 6) I observed many management people are not from IT. The best example is many Managers are from Non IT (Operations team) and even I saw from OYO. 7) Company never follow labor laws. You work out of general shift, but you won't get any shift allowance. You work for On-call, but you never get any comp-off. 8) There are no HR policies to the company at all. They are just puppets of higher management. HR won't take any action at all if you complaint against them. 8) In a simple terms it is a just 'FISH-MARKET' company.
