      Pros

      The main pros were a good salary and nice benefits package. Co-workers were great and company operates with an insured first mentality.

      Cons

      Some insureds were difficult to deal with but you get that anywhere. Somewhat understaffed in the claims department but that is pretty much standard in the industry.

      Nice facility; those that are left close to retirement are OK

      Cons

      Very dejected population since Ace acquired Chubb, employees are miserable, New CEO is an interesting person- we have been told never to speak to; the have to be spoken to.
