      The people are the best asset of the company. Too bad that a lot them are leaving Chubb after the acquisition by ACE

      Cons

      After the ACE acquisition, all the focus now is the speed to the market without sufficient quality control and risk management

      Pros

      They are good benefits, nice location downtown most of the people are friendly and easy to get along with, management on the other hand....

      Cons

      with new acquisition, there is a lot of uncertainty within the company. This will subside in time however a lot of people are worried there is some distrust among management. CIO is a bit flaky.
