Top management is very conservative. Although rest of the companies in the industry adopted hybrid model where people decide when to come in & how often, the top management at Chubb decides them for us. Still wearing business casual in this day and age. Based on the top management's attitude, it's is uncertain whether the company can catch up with the changes within the industry. Growth is stagnant compared to other insurance companies as a result.

Constant reorgs put continuous pressure on employees. The culture and decorum as whole when these types of strategies are implemented sink quickly. The only thing that permeates at that point is self-preservation. I would like to give Chubb less than 3 stars but that would be disingenuous of me considering having worked here for close to a decade. But the last ~two years, roughly, has been enough for me to want to leave and remove a lot of the goodwill I thought this firm had made.
