      Very low salary, they provide a company car but the number of kilometers allowed is ridiculous, hybrid work when it can easily be done fully remotely, no raises even with an excellent evaluation, you only get a raise if you present an offer to leave...

      Many in senior management are committed to supporting and promoting change. The company offers strong benefits. Flexible and hybrid work schedules are available.

      -Advancement is challenging if you're not part of the old boys club. -The infrastructure is stuck in the 1990s, with most reporting, workforce management, and everyday tasks being entirely manual. -Many approach hiring as a transaction, treating the process like a subpar staffing agency. -Company-wide policies, systems, and performance reviews are cumbersome, often failing to go live as intended, resulting in frequent setbacks and a lack of progress

      Worst company to work

      Good colleagues , Company phone, Remote work

      Cons

      There are lot to mention. Very very low pay. Way lesser than market standard. Impossible to survive in Porto or Lisbon and they are not interested in discussing salary revision. Worst management I have ever seen. No recognition to employees, no ethics. Managers are helpless because of worst upper management. Better to stay away from this company , its a sinking ship. Attrition rate is high and management is least bothered about it. And lots of partiality. Dear Expats , Don't join here and don't wait for them, they may cancel the offer anytime. They don't have any ethics, don't trust them. If you are coming, please change the company ASAP. There is no job security
