      Business is on a sharp growth curve and has been consistently throughout a tough recession Good people who are willing to take on more responsibilities can do so if they step up

      Management is primarily focused on stock value Employee satisfaction is probably lowest on the list of priorities to management Quality control is seriously lacking Lack of scalability - No real interest in process and optimization

      Pros

      Great people. Flexible work environment, work from home, hours. Benefits. Unlimited vacation and sick time. Challenging work. Potential for growth. Open communication with management.

      Cons

      Restructuring and lay offs have hindered the company. Have lost a lot of great, loyal employees, and put 2-3x the work on those that are left, without relief in sight. If you complain or can’t keep up, you are out and will be replaced. A lot of knowledgeable staff with long term relationships in the industry were removed. Overall strategy moving forward is not communicated and kept secret. Employees are left in the dark until it’s too late. On 24-7. Vacation days are just to be able to work away from the office. Always have to be available/hard to turn off.

      You lose weight dancing throughout the various landmines left by the previous regime(s)

      The commission plan keeps you from making enough to pack on the extra pounds necessary to live through the winter
