Free coffee. Massage chair. I can't think of anything else.

Cons

The culture here is upsetting. Across all departments in this organization, you'll have a hard time finding anyone who actually appears to be happy. I have never seen anything like it in my life, it's really starting to get to me. This sort of toxicity is contagious, and seems to be affecting everyone. I don't know if we're all just overworked what, but this place is depressing. Incompetence is rampant. This is without question the worst job I have ever had.

Strong competitor, decent compensation, stock price has done well.

Cons

Does not value product quality. Cost reduction is king. Sending jobs to China is a very high priority. Management is not employee friendly. Acquisitions have been horrible.
