      Pros

      Free coffee. Massage chair. I can't think of anything else.

      The culture here is upsetting. Across all departments in this organization, you'll have a hard time finding anyone who actually appears to be happy. I have never seen anything like it in my life, it's really starting to get to me. This sort of toxicity is contagious, and seems to be affecting everyone. I don't know if we're all just overworked what, but this place is depressing. Incompetence is rampant. This is without question the worst job I have ever had.

      1. Can make some good contacts in IIOT industry as their Hardware is in the center of all major solutions in the market. 2. people in engineering are good to work with. 3. good coffee and pantry is always stocked

      Cons

      1. Average employee works here 3 years or less. 2. Low skilled employees are prefered and paid less. 3. Pay and Benefits subpar to industry, stock values keeps going down. People leave often for better opportunities causing skill gap. HR is aware of this and does not care. 4. regular layoffs in divisions that contribute to major portion of revenue. Low morale. 5. Incompetent employees prop-up failed and outdated technologies keep blaming each other for failure. 6. Management expects people to work 24/7 - 365 and take on 3 people work.

      Meh...I guess the coffee was good

      Worst company I ever worked for. I have postponed this review too long! Do not work here! Management is very sneaky and dishonest. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got a new job. So much happier now. Depressing environment.
